GENUDYN® OA Knee Orthosis
The GENUDYN® OA Knee Brace is designed to provide dynamic relief and stabilization for the medial or lateral compartment of the knee, making it an effective solution for knee conditions such as knee osteoarthritis, slight varus/valgus misalignment, and gonarthrosis. This brace is suitable for both conservative and post-operative treatment, helping reduce pain and offer support where unicompartmental load reduction is necessary.
A key feature of this knee brace is its adjustable correction pressure, easily modified to suit individual needs using a convenient rotary knob. Large correction pads provide comfortable pressure distribution across the leg, ensuring a pleasant experience for the wearer. The Living Hinge technology allows for maximum relief during full extension and slight flexion. When seated or in motion, the brace automatically releases correction pressure, providing enhanced comfort without compromising support.
The brace uses a 4-point principle for stable knee guidance and a 3-point principle for dynamic relief of the affected compartment. Flexion and extension settings are customizable, with extension angles of 0°, 20°, 30°, and 40°, and flexion options ranging from 45° to 90°. This flexibility ensures appropriate support during different stages of rehabilitation.
Additional features include a moldable frame for a personalized fit and a ventral frame design that allows for easy application without stepping through the brace. A QR code on the product provides access to therapeutic exercises, making it easier for users to follow rehabilitation programs.
This knee brace is ideal for managing knee osteoarthritis, varus/valgus malalignment, and other conditions requiring pain relief and stabilization of the knee’s medial or lateral compartments.
